GRIEVANCES

A
ll clients are encouraged to express legitimate grievances, problems and complaints concerning SWLAHEC related matters.  Written grievances should be submitted to the client’s AHEC representative (see below).  If a client feels that he or she cannot discuss a grievance with his or her AHEC representative, the written grievance should be submitted to the Executive Director. If a grievance relates to the Executive Director, the client may submit the grievance directly to the chairperson of the Board of Directors or the chairperson’s designee.
